Returns and exchanges are gladly accepted on all unused items in original condition and packaging within 30 days. Please email Lisa at lisa@givinggifts.ca and you will be provided with a return number. Please note, that you will be refunded the cost of the item, but the original shipping charges are not refundable. Also, if you want an item exchanged you will be charged the $5 shipping fee for the new item. Also note, that the shipping charges back to Giving Gifts on all returns and exchanges are your responsibility. I highly recommend getting insurance on all items you send back, as Giving Gifts can not be held responsible if they go missing in the mail.
