These handmade organic marshmallows are lighter, fluffier and much tastier than those "others". To make these squishy delights, Tout de Sweet replaced the corn syrup with their own handmade organic inverted sugar syrup and use real fruit, extract, or tea to create a wide array of flavours.
These mallows contain all organic ingredients:
Vanilla: whole cane sugar, inverted sugar (whole cane sugar, water, cream of tartar), water, porcine gelatin, organic vanilla extract, powdered sugar, tapioca starch, raw vanilla beans.
Chocolate: whole cane sugar, inverted sugar (whole cane sugar, water, cream of tartar), water, porcine gelatin, organic raw cacao, powdered sugar, tapioca starch.
Raspberry: whole cane sugar, inverted sugar (whole cane sugar, water, cream of tartar), Saanich raspberries, porcine gelatin, raspberry extract, powdered sugar, tapioca starch.
