Tonic Maison was founded by two great friends: Hannah Palmer, a trained chemist, ex bartender and professional photographer, and Alexandrine Lemaire, an industrial designer who comes from a long family tradition of cheese makers. At first, the two friends started making tonic syrup as a creative project that would combine their love of high craft cocktails and design.
Their philosophy is to make natural concentrates that replace industrially-made drinks. Their syrups are less sweet and more natural, made from ingredients you would find in your kitchen, which is great for both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. Great drinks should be sipped to be properly enjoyed!
