How to Exchange Your Purchase
If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please reach out to Lisa at lisa@givinggifts.ca.
We're committed to resolving any issues promptly and ensuring you love the gifts you give. Exchanges are happily accepted on all unused items in their original condition and packaging within two weeks.
For in-store exchanges, kindly visit the Giving Gifts store with your receipt. Online orders are eligible for exchanges as well, though please be aware that you are responsible for covering all associated shipping charges. It's our way of making sure you receive the perfect gift for every occasion.
Please keep in mind that certain items, including sale items, personalized items, special orders, custom orders, plants, Giving Crates, and Giving Boxes, are considered final sales and are not eligible for exchange.
