Pick up at our store in Vancouver at 4570 Main Street (at 30th).

If you'd prefer to pick-up at our Kits location (1988 West 4th Ave), please email Lisa at lisa@givinggifts.ca and we'll transfer your order within a week.

Free Shipping does not apply to gift crates and gift boxes, or custom gifts. Please note that there may be added duty, tariffs or customs charges on USA or International orders. Please note all duties and customs charges are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.

We offer delivery in the Vancouver area. Delivery is often (but not always) same day for orders placed before Noon PST or next day delivery. We do our best to deliver quickly and use a local delivery company.

International orders are always welcome.

For US and International orders, please allow extra time for your order to clear customs and recognize that duty, tariffs and taxes may be added by customs and they are the responsibility of the receiver to pay.

Giving Gifts takes pride in shipping quickly. Your order will be sent out as soon as possible and often on the same day you place your order. Shipping takes long enough - you shouldn't have to wait for your items to be sent too!  

Orders within BC take 1 to 3 business days to ship. Shipping to other provinces usually takes 2 to 6 business days and US and International orders will take longer - usually up to 10 business days and sometimes more, depending on the destination. Giving Gifts usually ships with Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service in Canada and UPS or USPS to the USA. Sometimes we use other shipping or delivery options. You will receive an email with the tracking number when your order ships.

Giving Gifts reuses all packaging! Every box, and all packing paper and plastic filler are reused. All packing peanuts are reused and they are also compostable. All our cards and stickers are printed on 100% recycled paper using plant based inks. Not only are all our products eco friendly at Giving Gifts, but our packaging is too!
