Seven years ago, when Karen's youngest son was a newborn, she found out at a naturopath appointment that her son had abnormally high levels of aluminum and plastics in his system. Karen was shocked and confused. Her son was breastfed, how was this possible? Turns out, her deodorant was loaded with aluminum and her lotions with plastics, which were making their way into her breast milk. What you put on your body is just as important as what you put in your body. This is where Karen's quest for natural skin and body care started.
