Calendula Salve

This salve is not only a great all purpose moisturizer, due to the soothing properties of calendula,  it can help relieve irritated skin conditions, very dry skin, skin rashes, scrapes, cuts and insect bites.

Renowned for centuries as a healing plant, calendula's primary benefits for skin are that it's anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, hydrating and soothing. While anyone can benefit from calendula's soothing properties, those with dry, irritated and very sensitive skin conditions may find this salve particularly useful.

How to use: Apply topically and liberally as often as needed. If using for the first time, keep in mind a little goes a long way, the salve is very concentrated and rich, and will penetrate skin quickly. When applying to skin irritations, more is also not better, skin needs to breathe to heal properly so you only need the area to have a slight sheen and thus are better off reapplying as needed.
