PÁ7PAWTN (pa-pow-tin) translates to “plant that relieves sore muscles.”

This powerful muscle salve is made with oils of nettle and arnica ~ natural plant ingredients that help ease sore muscles. Experience deep relief along with a soothing tingly sensation created from peppermint essential oil. A wonderful restorative treatment.

Ingredients: Organic Olive Oil*, Arnica Montana (Arnica) oil*, Urtica dioica (Nettle) oil**, Cera alba (Beeswax)*, Cocos Nucifera (Virgin Coconut) Oil*, Mentha piperita (Peppermint) Oil

Instructions: Gently massage onto sore muscles, bruises or other aches and pains.

Once the plants are harvested it’s time to process them. This usually includes scraping bark, cleaning, hanging to dry, infusing in oil and more. After processing, it’s time to create! Leigh loves this part — developing each recipe, pairing particular plants based on their healing properties with the highest quality oils, clays and plant butters. (Her five-year-old daughter calls these her “potions”.)
