At the helm of Nootka + Sea’s scent direction, Mikki’s expertise in formulations goes beyond combining soothing and tranquil notes that set a sanctuary-like tone in any room. With legendary skill, she designs each scent profile to leave people with a memory; to connect them back to the experience they had on the West Coast or out in nature, remembering why they visited and the moments they spent in the natural world.

The ingredients used in all their natural beauty products are as sustainably sourced and as locally procured as possible. Through thoughtful relationships with farmers and providers, they work together to ensure they take only what is needed, and that the process of transporting the goods from farm to production table is as intentional as possible.
