Ingredients
- Epsom Salts: Epsom salts help replenish the level of magnesium in your body. They are perfect for soothing sore muscles, easing pain, and relieving inflammation.
- Sea Salts: Sea salts help promote relaxation, reduce stress, soften skin, enhance blood circulation, and decrease inflammation.
- Rosemary and Peppermint Essential Oil: The minty and herbaceous aroma of this essential oil blend relieves stress and inflammation, and brings a warming/cooling sensation to the body. The addition of essential oil improves our psychological and/or physical well-being with aromatherapy.
- Matcha Powder: As a traditional Japanese drink, matcha green tea is truly nutritious and contains 137 times more antioxidants than regular green tea. Not only does it help with combating inflammation, oxidation and aging, it also helps to calm mind and relax body. Matcha powder works as a gentle exfoliant and detoxifier.
- Peppermint Leaf Powder: Refreshing and zingy, peppermint leaves contain a high content of salicylic acid and work as an effective skin cleanser.
How to Use
For a full-body or a foot soak, dissolve desired amount of Bath Salts in a hot bath or warm water to produce a mineral treatment.
